The Zoli Tradition

ZOLI was the first company to begin to produce combinations of guns and rifles, as well as the modernization of the Over and Under line. Their original Delfino line was replaced with their Ritmo line. Following the Ritmo line, the Columbus (field Gun line) and Kronos (sporting shotgun line) were created in the late 1900’s. Over the last 60 years, manufacturing has drastically changed from traditional methods to new CNC machines to allow gunmakers more time and freedom to follow their passion within the company.

Detachable Triggers

All shotguns produced by Zoli are fitted with the Hand Detachable Zoli locking system. They are hand fitted by capable gunsmiths with coil springs. All Z-Gun trigger mechanisms have all parts coated with a self-lubricating material for minimal corrosion and wear. Triggers are extremely easy to adjust.

Locking Systems

All guns have a robust locking system that consists of a spilt locking bolt and a locking lugs. With a central position of the locking mechanism on the monoblock, maximum tightness is achieved. When shooting, the joint between the barrel and action is maintained over a long period of time due to the axis pins being positioned in the lower part of the barrel while the bottom lug engages with the action body.

Monoblock

The monoblock is part of the foundation of the gun itself. Their new solid action is the most important because it causes the trigger plate mechanism to be completely independent from the action. In return, the trigger mechanism doesn’t sustain the stress and strain that could be placed on the firing mechanism. This allows for easy maintenance overtime.

Barrels

For over 55 years, Zoli barrels were manufactured barrels in house. With years of intense ballistic and materials testing, Zoli is able to provide a superior pattern distribution with higher energy but significantly softer recoil. Zoli was the first company to create the process of soldering barrels meaning they are the most precise and durable joining of barrels. The main advantage of this process is being able to reduce micro-vibrations leading to high recoil reduction while guaranteeing point of impact. Highly durable chemical blueing is done in order to maintain the beautiful look of your Zoli shotgun for years.

Balancing Systems

Even with the lightest recoil shotguns on the market, Zoli also offers two devices to continue to reduce recoil. The first component of the Zoli balancing system is the Stock Grip. This contains one to six disk weights inserted into a cylindrical channel created in your pistol grip. The BHB Barrel Weight system consists of one to twenty weights that can be applied the side rib of your shotgun under the forearm. Balance is extremely important in order to maintain maximum comfort which goes hand and hand with having full control. The Zoli BHB system is perfect to customize your shotgun to your competition or hunting needs.
