GENERAL FIREARM SALES

All firearms, magazines, receivers, and restricted law-enforcement items are sold and shipped in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Some firearms, magazines, and parts offered on this website may be restricted or prohibited in your area. Please check your local and state regulations before ordering.

New firearms ship in the original manufacturer's box with magazine(s), accessories, and the applicable manufacturer warranty. Warranty work is handled per the manufacturer's terms — please contact the original manufacturer for warranty information. Factory warranty is not transferable with a pre-owned purchase. Accessories and special-order items are covered only by their original manufacturer's warranty unless we have guaranteed the package in writing.

PURCHASING FIREARMS ONLINE

It is illegal to ship a firearm to anyone not holding an active Federal Firearms License (FFL). Firearms purchased online may be picked up at our store or shipped to an FFL (gun store) near you. We may contact and verify the FFL you select before we ship your firearm(s). The buyer is encouraged to contact the receiving FFL licensee before purchase.

RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS

All firearms include a 3-day no-fire inspection period upon receipt. If a firearm is not as described, contact us within that window. A return may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15%, assessed case by case. Returns, cancellations, and exchanges outside the 3-day window — or on a firearm that has been fired or altered — are handled case by case. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error.

ORDER FULFILLMENT

Most orders ship within 3 business days from a distributor warehouse or in-store inventory, via UPS, FedEx, or USPS, with tracking provided where available. All shipments are insured. We ship within the lower 48 states only — we do not offer international shipping. An order may be flagged for review if the billing and shipping addresses do not match. If an order is for a serialized item or firearm, it will ship to the buyer's chosen FFL — do not enter the FFL as your shipping address.

AMMUNITION PURCHASES

You must be 18 or older to purchase rifle or shotgun ammunition and 21 or older to purchase handgun ammunition. All ammunition ships ground with adult signature required, and sales on these items are final. Always use the correct ammunition for your specific firearm. Check your local laws for any additional regulations. Customers are responsible for following all local, state, and federal laws — please research before ordering if you are unsure about the laws in your area.

CONDITIONS OF USE

Use of the Woolley Shooting LLC website constitutes agreement to our terms of use. We encourage you to review the following information carefully.

AFFIDAVIT OF CUSTOMER

  • I am not an unlawful user or addicted to any controlled substance.
  • By selling or delivering ammunition to me, Woolley Shooting LLC is not violating any state or local law or ordinance.
  • I have never been and I am not expected to be convicted in any court of a misdemeanor crime of domestic violence.
  • I am not under indictment for and have never been convicted in any court of a crime punishable by imprisonment for over one year.
  • I am not a fugitive from justice.
  • I am currently not subject to a restraining order of any kind.
  • I have not been adjudicated as a mental defective and I have not been committed to any mental institution.
  • I am not an illegal or unlawful alien.
  • I have never been and I am not expected to be discharged from the Armed Forces under dishonorable conditions.
  • I have not renounced my U.S. citizenship.

INDEMNIFICATION AND AGREEMENT TO DEFEND

I fully agree that if any of my representations when making purchases under the Terms of Sale are incorrect, or if I fail to comply with these Terms of Sale, then I will indemnify, defend, save harmless, and release Woolley Shooting LLC and its owners, agents, officers, and employees against any civil liability or criminal prosecution resulting from my purchase from Woolley Shooting LLC.

I fully agree that by placing my order, I release Woolley Shooting LLC from any and all liability arising from or related to the products I purchased, including (but not limited to) my or anyone else's use of the product, storage of the product, and handling or transportation of the product, and I agree to indemnify, defend, save harmless, and release Woolley Shooting LLC and its owners, agents, officers, and employees against any civil liability or criminal prosecution resulting from the products I purchased from Woolley Shooting LLC.

CLASS ACTION WAIVER

You expressly agree that any dispute resolution proceedings, including but not limited to litigation, arbitration, and mediation, will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. By making this express agreement, you acknowledge and affirm that this is a knowing, voluntary, and permanent waiver of any right to bring federal, state, or local claims as any part of, or on behalf of, any class or any other individuals, before a court or other tribunal.

TRADEMARKS

Woolley Shooting LLC and other marks indicated on our site are trademarks owned exclusively by Woolley Shooting LLC. The use of these trademarks and trade dress is prohibited in connection with the sale of any product that is not Woolley Shooting LLC, in any manner that seeks to disparage or discredit Woolley Shooting LLC, or in any manner that may cause confusion among our customers.
