Nationwide Firearms Shipping

At Woolley Shooting LLC, we handle firearms shipping and transfer within the lower 48 states, in compliance with federal and state regulations. Every shipment is packaged securely and fully insured.

Our Shipping Process

We make shipping your firearm purchase simple and worry-free:

  • Secure Packaging: All firearms are professionally packaged to ensure safe transport
  • Full Insurance: Every shipment is fully insured for the declared value
  • Compliance: We handle the required paperwork in accordance with federal and state law
  • Tracking Provided: You'll receive tracking information for your shipment
  • FFL Coordination: We work directly with your local FFL dealer to ensure smooth transfer

Shipping Requirements

For us to ship a firearm to you, we need:

  • A copy of your local FFL dealer's license
  • Complete shipping address
  • Contact information for your FFL dealer
  • Payment for shipping and insurance

Shipping Costs

Long guns ship UPS Ground unless otherwise specified; handguns ship 2nd Day Air as required by law. All shipments are insured. Costs vary by firearm type, destination, and declared value — contact us for a shipping quote on your purchase.

Delivery Time

Most orders ship within 3 business days; total delivery time is that handling window plus carrier transit, which varies by destination. We'll provide tracking so you can monitor your shipment. Your local FFL dealer will contact you when the firearm arrives for pickup.

Returns

Every firearm includes a 3-day no-fire inspection period upon receipt. If a firearm is not as described, contact us within that window.

Return Guidelines

  • Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within the 3-day no-fire inspection window
  • Condition: Firearms must be unfired and unaltered, in original packaging with all accessories
  • Restocking fee: A return may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15%, assessed case by case
  • Process: Contact us to receive return authorization and shipping instructions
  • Refund: Refunds are processed after the returned firearm is received and inspected

Note: Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error. Returns outside the 3-day window — or on a firearm that has been fired or altered — are handled case by case.

Exchanges

Exchanges are handled case by case. Contact us within the 3-day inspection window to discuss options.

Damaged or Defective Items

In the rare event that your firearm arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect:

  • Contact us immediately upon discovery
  • Provide photos of the damage or defect
  • We'll arrange for return shipping at no cost to you
  • We'll work with you to provide a replacement or full refund

International Shipping

At this time, we only ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping services for firearms.
